Genre

We are interested in one-minute plays that play in the sci-fi genre, including (but not limited to): aliens, time travel, future worlds, advanced technology, and space travel!

We welcome comedies, dramas, and everything in between!

​

Plays should be (mostly) family-friendly.

​

Length/Character/Format

Your play should be no more than 60 seconds in length.

​

Please type in a basic font (Arial, Helvetica, etc), size 12, single space, and run no longer than 1-1.5 pages.

​

We request you have no more than 4 characters in your play, and sets/costumes/props are minimal.

Submissions

We will only accept one submission per playwright.

​

There is no cost to submit your work.

​

There is no financial compensation for submission, nor if your play is selected.

​

The playwright retains all rights to their work.

​

Dates

Submissions are open until 11:59pm on Wednesday, January 31st.

​

Selections will be announced in March.

​

Performances will take place in Summer 2024.

​
